Achieve your personal fitness goals in our fitness center. Our weight room has a Cybex Modular Multi-station, Magnum Selectorized Strength, Precor & Matrix cardio equipment, Jacob Ladders and free weights. Or take a fitness class in our 2,000 square foot cushioned floor exercise room.

Monday 6:30-7:30pm

The beginner’s yoga class teaches students the foundations of yoga through poses and breathing techniques. This class is suited for all skill levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.

 

*Minimum 6 full session registered participants after 1st week of class or class may be canceled.

Monday 5:30-6:30pm

This ebb and flow class incorporates the intensity of Pilates style exercises in alternation with gentle yoga poses to create a dynamic work out. Exercise balls and suspension equipment are used in this class for building strong muscles in the arms, legs and core. This class is suited for all skill levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
