Achieve your personal fitness goals in our fitness center. Our training room has a Cybex Modular Multi-station, Magnum Selectorized Strength, Precor & Matrix cardio equipment, and Jacobs Ladder. Our new rubber floor weight room has free weights and benches. Our remodeled fitness room is 2,000 square feet of artificial turf which creates a functional space for you to get your own workout done or join in one of our many group fitness classes.

This 10 visit punch card allows you access to the facility and any fitness classes giving you the ability to switch up your fitness classes anytime during the session. After 10 visits, turn in your punch card to the front desk and get a FREE fitness pass that can be used to access the facility and any one fitness class!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Following a consultation to establish your goals and an assessment to determine your starting point, your trainer will create a personalized progressive functional fitness workout program and cardio plan, as well as assist you in establishing healthy nutrition habits. During one on one sessions, your trainer will guide you through the workout and provide accountability and motivation to help you establish new health habits.

 

Small group training is also available which takes the aspects of personal training and applies it to a group of 2-4 individuals. This is a great opportunity to workout with 1-3 of your friends in a semi-private training session. Coaching, accountability and motivation will inspire your group to rise to new challenges.

BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT

Get your heart pumping with these high intensity cardio movements. All fitness levels welcomed.

 

 

 

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Beginning March 17, join us Tuesdays at 5:30pm for a run/walk. We warm up, run/walk, and do some cool down stretching. Distances vary based on speed and abilities, but we make sure everyone has a buddy to run or walk with. This group is FREE & OPEN TO ALL!

Bulldog Fire
10 & up

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Bulldog Fire is our version of HIIT. This total body, heart pumping, aerobic, anaerobic, and strength conditioning workout will push your limits as your body works up to maximum capacity! All fitness levels welcomed.

 

 

 

Yoga
